Update Wiki with general GCI information and GCI/crystallography results of 'catalogue compounds'

We have some new results we can post on the wiki and write about GCI in general or with the specific protocol we use.

Hi @jasminaschenbrenner feel free to put results in issues like this, and then summarise the most important things/link back to the issue in the wiki. Protocols can be put in either place, yes. If long/complex, put in an issue and link from wiki. If a paragraph or two, can go directly in page on wiki called protocols. Up to you.
