Error: You are trying to merge on object and int64 columns

Hi,
I am relatively new to bioinformatics and am trying to run virkraken to identify some of my phages (or see what other viruses are present).

When I run virkraken, I get this error "ValueError: You are trying to merge on object and int64 columns. If you wish to proceed you should use pd.concat".

I was wondering if there are any suggestions I can do to successfull run virkraken. Thank you!
