Is your feature request related to a problem? -
It's kind of annoying when you have removed the tool but kept the db file and you decide to re-install. Currently, you must manually change the path if you need to use that old db file.

Describe the solution you'd like -
Add another option to specify if you want to move the db file over or remove it to use the one already existing in the specified location.
