A joke mod for The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+.
- A new item, Spaggiarite, is added to the Treasure Room item pool.
- It adds a mole to Isaac's face when picked up, but does nothing else.
- If Isaac also has picked up Technology, Technology 2 or Technology Zero, it starts randomly spawning troll bombs at a rate of one every minute, and spawns a shaking "CoD" text on the top left corner of the UI.
