General XML Soap types

Presently, the generator does not run for the XML Soap types. See here.

The generator currently assumes all properties have a typeInfo. Otherwise, it considers the types string. Instead, the generator should look for type attributes and consider anyElement to be an unknown type instead of a string. See here.
