Use separate caches for "critical" and "non-critical resources", so that they will use two independent cache quotas. This is an advice from https://www.kollegorna.se/en/2017/06/service-worker-gotchas/

When working on this, keep in mind that built-in critical resources, such as /sys/Palindrom/dist/palindrom-dom.min.js might come from Starcounter/ClientFiles or be overwritten by an app.
