Describe the bug

InitDynamicData() failed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. open TAR-Launcher-x64.exe

Expected behaviour

  • Operating system: Windows 10
  • Version of Telegram: 2.7.4 (Kotatogram ver. 1.4.1)
  • Version of the plugin: 0.4.1

Considering the complexity of updates, the plugin currently has no plans to support third-party clients, please use the official client.
