Add support for Anti-Lag 2

I think we agree that more people experiencing latency reducing tools is a great thing and since not everyone has access to it because Reflex is only for NVIDIA GPUs and AL2 for AMD GPUs has very small support from games and injecting it in every game just like Reflex would be very useful.

Let me know if it's even possible to do that.

There's example of the mod that hijacks nvapi calls and replaces in game reflex with AL2/LFX, may be worth looking into that?
