The "unique" field that should be user-optional is currently not well represented in the API, nor is it returned to workers by calling GRAB_JOB_UNIQ.

Half of this is fixed in 0.13.0 by always using GRAB_JOB_UNIQ. We still don't do unique right in submit calls though.
