Cant load custom bin or any logo dfus using PineFlash on Mac M3

First.. thanks we're making such an awesome tool to support the pinecil V2. I' having trouble uploading custom .bin files like the one here or any of the stock Logos in .dfu form from the IronOs-Meta repo here

As background :I'm running on a Macbook M3 running Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224). I was able to build PineFlash on my machine using the (excellent) Build Option 2: Manual Build instructions here directions here

I was able to run PineFlash as/Users/myusername/PineFlash/target/release/Pineflash. and successfully upload IronOs to my pinecil V2. I verified it was working by successfully uploading IronOs in different languages

In each case when i try to upload a .bin or .dfu file from Pineflash I get the trace below which seems to indicate it's not finding a file, even though I use the file explorer to point at the .bin or .dfu files.

Any idea what I may be doing wrong or what I should try ?
