When will this new/forked module be published to the Update Center?

The LDAP documentation states this plugin exists but did not provide any links to find it.

Hitting same issue here -- general plugin docs say all plugins can be downloaded through Update Center or through a manual download link on the plugin's webpage, but neither are there though both are required. Seems like the LDAP v2.0 plugin was published too soon, before this plugin was ready?

There is a release you can load here. Hopefully you can get farther than I did as I got an error in my sonar.log (reported in another issue).
