When logged in as a service admin, and filling out a Pharmacy or Durable Medical Equipment application (maybe others too?), in the trail of steps at the top, the width of the last step is set too wide, causing it to wrap to the next line unnecessarily:

This does not occur when you are logged in as a provider:
