A double spiral pattern would mean being able to do the entire bottom layer solid infill in a single extrusion without travel moves. Reduces stringing and speeds up print. Double spiral can divert around holes if necessary but maximize the single continuous line filling in gaps at the ends for practically zero stringing. This will be faster, more efficient, have better adhesion, and give a better quality finish for bottom layers of objects with holes where concentric infill means lots of travel moves. Picture attached gives basic shape. Would need to work around holes.
