Where should bugs be reported for forked projects.

Given that Orca Slicer is a fork of Bambu Studio, the question of "where should I report bugs?" will probably occur to most users. I never know for sure, partly because I don't know whether a forked project is going to pull changes from the original, and how often.

Please add a note to the readme about your plans regarding pulling from the upstream project.

Given the chain of Slic3r -> Prusa -> Bambu -> Orca I have no idea where the most appropriate place to report issues is.

Feature requests are easier, because we know what is going on with Orca.
