Add Slicing window to speed up work flow

When using 3d renderers etc, they often have a bounding box that can focus on a certain area eg with lighting and materials. When testing it only renders this small section but a single but releases the function so that you can zoom into a next problem area or begin full renders
It would so useful if this type of function could be used when troubleshooting large models as they can take a very long time to preview
ATM im taking copies and cutting etc but because of the way presets work, you cant easily transfer settings to the master model
