Describe the feature

By no means is this a rushed feature or idea. Just placing it here for future reference.

  • Ability to activate a citizen you are currently playing as.
    (Kind of like how Officer's go on duty.)

The reason for this is that we can then build FiveM scripts that talk to the CAD and get the character information.

Such as a fingerprint scanner script. When an Officer uses the tool in game on a nearby citizen who is active in CAD at the time - it will return the Citizen name and DOB info from the CAD.

This is also useful with some kind of export, to use with ID card scripts in game that can be modified to display CAD character info into the ID script NUI.

Additional Context

This is because not all servers use a built in character system like QBCORE has.
