Feature request: UI: Settings should explicitly tell what Browser Console is and how to capture logs

1. Please add short explanation in the Settings as to what Browser Console is

I believe most people only know the Web Console. See this comment:

I tried to Enable Logging to try to get an idea of which URL parameter might be culprit, but nothing is logged

Look in "Browser console" (ctrl+shift+j), not in "Web console" (ctrl+shift+k)

2. Please add short explanation in the Settings as to how to capture Neat URL logs

As an example, please see this answer which suggests to open Extension Toolbox (about:debugging) > This Firefox > Neat URL addon > Inspect
