Torus is making requests during the life cycle of the Token Negotiator which are failing which requires some investigation.

From an initial look at this, the end point is blocked via localhost but works directly and via examples - which this url maybe a means to track analytics for their product?

Let's discuss if this should be removed for the time being and allocate time to investigate the failed requests.
