Adding a Transparency Option for the Safe Frame Bars #4

Hello. This comes from a post made in the SketchUp Community by myself. For a future update, I believe it would be a good idea to add a setting to control the transparency of the safe frame bars. One of the purposes of the Safe Frames is frame composition. Since the safe frames are not completely opaque, sometimes it's hard to see the actual frame borders of a particular scene.

Since it is still possible to get distracted by the semi visible parts that are covered by the bars, I suggest adding a controller option of transparency from 0% to 100% with a snapping slider indicator that would snap every 25%. The colour of the bars, I believe, is not important, since it doesn't show up in exports and will have no functionality but a transparency controller with 25% increments would be nice. So there would be 4 increments on the slider: 0% (transparent) > 25% > 50% > 75% > 100% (opaque). Plus a separate box for choosing a custom percentage if someone wants 37% or 62% of transparency for example.

Thanks for consideration. Cheers! :)
