If an extension's main UI is a single window, it often has a toolbar command with the description "Open <Extension> Window."

This description doesn't communicate well what the command is for for those who don't already know it, and it is inconsistent to native commands.

Prefer a higher level description what the extension is for, e.g. the summary it has in Extension Warehouse.
