A block for handling an impedance boundary condition should be added.
Solution
The parameters of this block should be an array of impedance, a corresponding array of time values, and a distal pressure value. For periodic flow, this should take the flow solution over the preceding period and take the scalar product of this flow array with the flipped impedance array.

this could handle the impedance solution of trees of microvasculature. see Olufsen MS, et al. Numerical Simulation and Experimental Validation of Blood Flow in Arteries with Structured-Tree Outflow Conditions. Annals of Biomedical Engineering. 28 1281-1299 (2000).
