Garbled characters in Hydrogen & Oxygen environment

Storefront: Hydrogen (@shopify/hydrogen: 3.4.0)
Hosting: Oxygen
Language: Japanese

Incident

• Garbled text in product page descriptions.
• Garbled text is not all of the text, but part of it (usually 2 or 3 characters)
• Reloading the page may fix the garbled text (or garbled text may appear in other parts of the page).
• If the storefront is "online store", the garbled text will not be displayed.
• Garbled characters do not occur when starting a local server with shopify hydrogen dev (Oxygen-specific problem?)
• Garbled characters are not generated when you create a preview environment with shopify hydrogen build && shopify hydrogen preview.
• There is no particular rule for garbled characters.

What we want to solve

• Do not cause garbled characters
• Identifying the cause

Can you clarify which version of Hydrogen you're using? We haven't released anything above v1, and you said you're using v3.

Also, can you recreate this at https://hydrogen.new for us? Thanks.

Sorry for the delay in replying.
After contacting Shopify support, the issue has been resolved.
The issue was also occurring in other Hydrogen stores and was caused by an internal Shopify issue.
