Is it possible to use Framer Motion in Shopify hydrogen?

I have been toying with the idea of using the above lib but it does not work with ssr specifically .server.jsx files because it says the hook is not allowed. I am trying to get page transitions working.

Has anyone got any idea on the best approach to this at all?

I do use Framer Motion, and it is working for me. I am not using page transitions though. Framer Motion also support SSR as far as I know

Little late to this conversation. Just thought I'd post my workflow.

When I'm using framer in a .server file, I usually contain the animated pieces in a .client component. If anyone has gotten framer running in a .server directly let me know!:
