What a wonderful work! I'm very exited to try it on non-reference genomes.
So, I'm wondering if I can use sigminer with non human genomes included in BSgenomes or not yet in BSgenome but locally forged as BSgenome object (e.g. mouse, bacteria or whatever).

@richardbonnet Thanks for your comment. The mouse should be supported. For other species like bacteria, depends on the function you want to use, if genome_build is a function argument, the non-reference genome may not be supported. If you can generate the mutation-sample matrix by yourself, you can directly use functions like sig_extract() to obtain mutational signatures.
