Microsoft SharePoint Framework Training Module - Working with the Web Part Property Pane

This module will introduce you to leveraging the property pane for client-side web parts.

Lab - Working with the Web Part Property Pane

The lab for this module is available in multiple units within the associated Microsoft Learn module. Use the following links to jump to the specific unit. Each Microsoft Learn unit represents a different lab exercise & demo in the presentation.

  1. Exercise - Work with the web part property pane

    In this exercise, you'll manipulate the property pane for a SharePoint Framework client-side web part with controls, groups, and pages.

  2. Exercise - Build custom property pane fields

    In this exercise, you'll extend the property pane by creating your own custom field control.

  3. Exercise - Use the SPFx PnP reusable property pane controls

    In this exercise, you'll learn how to use existing third-party controls from the popular PnP SPFx reusable property pane controls project.
