[SPFx 1.19] - PropertyPaneIconPicker & PropertyPaneThumbnailPicker

Hi all,

PropertyPaneIconPicker & PropertyPaneThumbnailPicker is a good idea (and big surprise :D).

But please don't limit them to the property Pane. add the possibility to use this control in WebPart/extension code, for example, for a form.

And for ThumbnailPicker, do not limit it to an image picker, we need a file picker.

Why don't you use OneDrive file picker 8 (or same UI/UX)?

PS : There are some bugs on the 2 components (mixture of type, mandatory parameter not reported, etc.). Do we declare them here?
