Multi Tenant solutions with Litestream / more complex project samples

I am looking for more great real life samples of project where there are multiple service stack microservices communicating each other. This could be extension of the great introduction shown here https://docs.servicestack.net/do-github-action-mix-deployment#github-container-registry-pricing.

I am specially interested in solution samples where at least 2 microservices communicating each other using multiple ways like api2api, mq service and all in dockized way. It would be also great to show replication mechanisms available for sql lite ( litefs? ), healthcheck configuration of all components involved.
