For the next breaking Figment release, we should make the following changes:

Allow integer indexing (Allow Value::find to traverse arrays #92)
Preserve map ordering (Preserve Toml File map Order #89)
Allow escaping . in key paths (Value::find() unable to handle paths where one of the segments contains a dot #109)
Make merging/joining more customizable (Expose coalesce module #74)
Mark ErrorKind non_exhaustive; add MissingFile variant
