Hi, I'am using yours guide to install it. by using pip.

pip install codimension

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement sip<4.20,>=4.19.4 (from PyQt5==5.10.1->codimension) (from versions: 5.0.0, 5.0.1)

what operating system are you using?

Generally speaking, the message you are citing refers to the package repository and I don't have control over it. Codimension has a dependency from the PyQt5 library (it is in the requirements.txt) and it seems pypi does not have a suitable version of it for your operating system. We may try a workaround though. So far I need to know what operating system you are using.
