Feature Request: Include the x-tvg-url property in the m3u playlist

It seems that x-tvg-url property in the m3u file is a standard way to add a reference to the epg. This would make it a bit easier to configure the Stream Master playlist in a player.

Not all players support this yet, but it would be nice to add support for this in Stream Master.

The m3u file will have to start with this line:

#EXTM3U x-tvg-url="<url to the xmltv file>"
...

Depending on what url is being used to fetch the playlist (long or short), a different EPG url can be added.

i was curious if there would be an option to do a group delete or delete all on channel side for the all category, im also tryingto figure out why its ghosting tuner i deleted and not able to set another one up in plex
