Feature Request: Add Ability to Pass Custom Transcode Options to StreamMaster stream buffer

I have been struggling with a series of streams not working on my client due to audio stream problems. I was able to overcome this problem by passing the flag -c:a ac3 to the FFMpeg stream buffer. I'd like to continue to use your StreamMaster stream buffer, will there ever by an option to add specific adjustments?

Would be nice if arm64 images were built with the gpl ffmpeg build variant.

Presumably, this is why hevc transcoding isn't working on my arm64 instance
