I should add some suggestions to the ReadMe as best-practices emerge for printing these.
I am using a 0.15mm nozzle, and printing at the lower end of the temp range for the PLA I am using (I'm using Hatchbox and run the first layer at 200 and the rest at 195). I clean the print surface with 99% isopropyl alcohol between prints, and use a little bit of AquaNet hair spray to improve adhesion. Bed temp is at 60. I also slow the first layer down to 10 mm/s and run the rest at default Prusa "Quality" (not "Speed") settings. I also use the PrusaSlicer's variable layer height feature to minimize the number of middle layers, but make sure that there are 3 layers for the lettering on both the top and the bottom. Feel free to ask about any other settings if I've missed anything.
Hey Seedsigner,
Could you please share your printer settings?
What was your nozzle size you used?
