Clik funcion on different tags.

Hi, I have to create a function that when I click on the tag then I should navigate to another page, but this is only happening for only one tag and it is not allowing me to add more tags and i should only navigate when I click on the tag only not on the image or annotation component, so can any one help me with this issue.
