Implement hide_url_contained, hide_url_prefix, and hide_url_suffix for URLs to not be shown in the output

If this feature is implemented, the Broken-Links-Crawler-Action output can be limited to links that we are interested in, not just the links crawled in the process. This can be especially useful in crawling for levels 2, 3, or higher.
