Description: Provide visual hints for keyboard navigation
Acceptance Criteria:

Create tooltip system for keyboard shortcuts
Show shortcut hints on hover or first use
Include tooltips for:
- Arrow key navigation
- Tab/Shift+Tab movement
- Enter key functionality
Ensure tooltips are color-blind friendly
Labels: good-first-issue, accessibility, UX
Difficulty: Easy
