README should be updated to include build requirement for each platform, rust version requirement (at this time, using the latest version of rust stable is recommended until a MSRV is establish).

Supported (Tested) Platforms: Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android

Required dependencies:

  • clang
  • make
  • android ndk
  • cargo-ndk

Note:
[1] Clang and make are used to build C examples. Not required to build warp and any extensions
[2] Android NDK is required to build for android. Not required for other platforms.
