Description

Configure a GitHub Actions CI pipeline to run our Cypress test suite on every pull request. This will help us ensure the integrity of our codebase with the new UI changes as outlined in the #10.

Deliverables

  • GitHub Actions CI pipeline configured to run Cypress tests on every PR raised and every merge to master.
  • Documentation on how the CI pipeline works, and the implications for future pull requests
