When to use framework?
ACL for Vault (different folders for different services) - encrypted file or docker secrets
Loop into compose to generate .env
How to make it open source?

Parts I missed to discuss + parts where documentation can be improved

Observability (Grafana Webhook and Alerts)
Add more documentation for configurability of actions
Demo Service could've prepared
change the project name as per org name
