A list of pages that were accidentally skipped over during the scanning process:

Nagai (2001)
p.137 is missing from the PDF. The text on that page (from VII. Kamek), however, is in the corpus.

Teghikusam Avaqutii
It looks like the penultimate page wasn't scanned, so some of the English translations are missing, particularly for sentences 11--21.

** Whanga Kemka **
p.17 wasn't scanned.
