Inuagral of Open Source Developers Club-"MVSR Libre", which was a college level program held on
9<sup>th</sup> of August, 2019 between 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at seminar hall of CSE department of
<a style="text-decoration:none;" href:"www.mvsrec.edu.in/" >MVSR</a> Engineering College.
Nearly 40 students attended the program under the guidance of <a style="text-decoration:none;color:black;" href="members.html">Club-advisors</a>
and team.

Open source is a licensing agreement that allows user to freely modify a work, use said work in new ways, integrate
the work into larger project or derive a new work based on original. By removing barriers between innovators, open
source promotes a free exchange of ideas within a community to drive creative, scientific and technological advancements
. MVSR Libre-Free and Open Source Developers Club Motivated the students to participate in Open Source projects and work on
local community problems.
