实战中遇到了 cmd /c whoami 无返回结果的现象（Windows 下的 Oracle 数据库），但如果修改 ShellUtil.java，将使用者的输入直接传入 runtime.exec() 的话是可以正常接收到响应的（stdout 读取方式不变）。

或者也可以做成可选项

这个无厘头的 Bug 很早就发现了，参考了好几款工具的命令执行代码发现都是如此，应该是 Oracle 的某些限制导致的
