Allow community sheets to integrate

Allow sheet formats from the community to be used from their own mods. This would require the sheets to be able to act independent of each other, and be integrated without any modifications to the base mod being required.

This has already begun being implemented, however this issue is here to make sure we test this ability and perhaps clean up the sheets to the point of moving all but the notepad to a separate mod.

Discuss the point about moving the sheets to a new mod.
