Sheets snapping back to default position when re-enabling controls

Description:

• Sheets should stay where they are moved to when controls are re-enabled or sheet is closed. Currently it snaps back to its default position.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open any sheet
• Left click and hold on any non-interactable part of the sheet to move it to another point on your screen
• Tap ESC key to re-enable controls
• Watch the sheet snap back to the bottom left, right where it started.
