Apostrophes and Infinitely Recursive Ampersands in the Loadout Menu

Saving any item with an apostrophe in its' name or description into your Loadout menu will replace it with ' after you save it. This shows up in-game - both when you're wearing/holding it and someone examines you - on top of becoming an infinitely recursive nightmare with every time you save the slot in future, as those ampersands themselves are replaced with &, which then has its' own ampersand replaced again, and.. so on.

The only way to avoid this (as of right now) is to just skip apostrophes, which.. Its just wrong. Otherwise, you're left with sentences that just break immersion.
