CDMI Extensions - HTTP Exports

Extend the exports system to include information on HTTP object access and HTTP path access to replace the "Basic Cloud Storage" section. This completes the generalization of CDMI, where all accesses to the underlying objects are via exports, and all protocol-specific information is in the section related to that export protocol.

This decouples the underlying object model from the protocol and representation.
