[URGENT] Add and check backend code user_view.html

Hey Dan,

Just another small segment you may need to work on, the "user_view_controls" on the left panel of the user.view.html. It's along line 17. Need you to help add re-routing code to do the necessary stuff the links are suppose to do. =)
