  • I had this problem where I couldn't reconnect my DS4 to windows after windows went through a restart, sleep, hybernate or shutdown/turn on process. Tried changing drivers, settings etc on windows until I fixed the problem by moving the dongle to a 2.0 USB port. Apparently, even if 3.0 USB is supposed to be retrocompatible sometimes there are issues
