Hello everyone,
I know this topic might be controversial but I would like to skip the entire discussion about fudging and instead find a solution :)
The intent is to have a fudged result within the chat output of the attack action as seen below
How do I set the attack and/or damage value in the output to specific values?
Players don't need to (or can't) see the rolled die and the modifiers, but it probably would be easiest to have an option to set the die result to a specific value or a specific range of values.
Another option is to directly edit the attack and/or damage value in the chat or when declaring an attack.
Does a possibility exist to do that?
Some ideas I had are to add a specific attack modifier, for example "-1d20rr>10<5" which will deduct a random value between 5 and 10 from the roll.
This can lead to a negative attack roll which I don't want and I don't know how to deal with it yet.
Thank You for any advice, input or help :)
