Make it possible to check if the velocity server has this plugin installed

I'm developing a paper plugin where this plugin is essential to have on the proxy for it to work. It would therefore be good to be able to fetch this information from the proxy.

Is it possible to add a ping message or something like that, such that any backend server can verify the proxy, or does this already exist? (I took a short look into the source code and did not find anything)

I'm happy to contribute to this plugin, but I have not touched velocity at all, so I'm inexperienced in that regard.

I guess there could be a Method to return info about the BungeeBark instance.
