Hi!

In https://github.com/bbferka/rs_addons/blob/master/CMakeLists.txt#L21 it's stated that rapidjson is required, but it's not in this repos package.xml: https://github.com/bbferka/rs_addons/blob/master/package.xml

Should this package depend on rapidjson from the debs or on rapidjson_ros that's in the robosherlock meta-package?
